Terms & Conditions
The basis on which Four Seasons Plumbing and Drainage Limited, trading as Four Seasons Bathrooms, quotes and carries out work.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are free. Bathrooms and kitchens are quoted at a fixed price once we have seen the room, with the sole caveat of genuinely unforeseen issues found behind walls or floors — which we raise with you as soon as they are discovered, before extra work is carried out. Smaller jobs are charged hourly, typically £60 per hour depending on the work. Emergency call-outs are charged at £120 per hour.
Supply and fit
We can supply and fit, or fit materials you have bought yourself. Where you supply goods, our guarantee covers our workmanship; the manufacturer's or retailer's warranty covers the goods themselves.
Payment
We accept card payments and bank transfer. Payment terms for each job are set out in your quote.
Guarantees
Parts and plumbing work are guaranteed for one year. Tiling is guaranteed for two years. Guarantees cover defects in the work we carried out; they do not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party alterations or normal wear.
Insurance and accreditation
We carry £2 million public liability insurance. We are a Which? Trusted Trader and a Checkatrade member, and gas work is carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
Access and scheduling
We need safe access to the property, water and power on the agreed dates. If access is not available, or the scope changes at your request, dates and price may need to be revised — we will confirm any change with you first.
