Who we are

Four Seasons Bathrooms is the bathroom side of Four Seasons Plumbing and Drainage Limited, run by Owen McDonagh from Ampthill in Bedfordshire. Owen has been a qualified plumber since 1998 and holds an NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing, and the business exists to do one thing properly: fit bathrooms that still work, still look right and still hold water long after the invoice is paid.

We help homeowners who have been let down before — by a fitter who disappeared, by a price that moved, or by a room that looked fine on handover and failed two winters later. Most of our customers are not buying tiles. They are buying an end to the problem, on a date they can plan around.

What we specialise in

Complete bathroom installations and refits, wet rooms, and accessible and disability-adapted bathrooms are the core of the work. Around that we handle kitchen fitting, plumbing, bathroom electrics, tiling, general maintenance and drainage, and 24/7 emergency call-outs. Because the electrician, tiler and Gas Safe engineer are part of the same team, a full bathroom is one job with one point of contact rather than four firms taking turns.

Floors levelled and strengthened, wet zones tanked, pipework replaced rather than teed into. None of it shows in a photograph, and all of it is why the room is still sound years later.

One fixed price, agreed first

Bathrooms and kitchens are quoted at a fixed price after we have seen the room. The only caveat is a genuinely unforeseen issue behind the walls or floor — and you hear about it the day we find it, not on the invoice.

Owen, a qualified electrician, our tiler, a Gas Safe registered engineer where gas is involved and a trusted carpenter on kitchens. Every subcontractor is vetted and Which? endorsed.
